Returns & Refunds

At Joyful Tails Co, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't quite right with your order, we want to make it easy for you to get it sorted. Please take a moment to read through our returns and refunds policy below.


What You Need to Know

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. We are unable to accept returns after this period.

Item Condition: We only accept returns on items that are brand new, unused, and in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, tags, and documents. Items that appear to have been used or are missing original packaging will not qualify.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and pay for your own return postage using a trackable shipping service. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


How to Return an Item

To get started, email us at support@joyfultailsco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization along with instructions on where to send your package. Once you have your instructions, securely repack your item and ship it back using a trackable service of your choice.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow a little extra time for the amount to appear on your statement, as processing times vary by bank and payment provider.


Exchanges

Looking for a different size, color, or product? We are happy to help with an exchange. Just reach out to our team and we will take care of it for you.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Any product that falls under this category will be clearly marked as non-returnable in its product description prior to purchase.
